Orders

• Can you perform shipping amount calculation in the purchase order?
  Typically shipping costs are negotiated between the retailer & warehouse. Final calculations are handled on the warehouse side and sent back to the retailer in the form of an invoice (handled outside of HubLogix). HubLogix can pass preferred shipping method in the order, but the final costs are handled by the warehouse.

Tracking

• Can you integrate with ShipStation API to get tracking detail?
  For tracking, we do have an integration to ShipStation to pull tracking. We just do not create orders in ShipStation. HubLogix will send the order file to the FTP, the warehouse would load orders to ShipStation, and then HubLogix will pull tracking information directly from ShipStation. Keep in mind the order number in ShipStation should match the PO number we send in the order file.
