HubLogix will import shipping methods from your channel and store them as Channel Shipping Methods. HubLogix also sets up which shipping methods the warehouse will use. We call these Warehouse Shipping Methods. Your channel methods may not always match your warehouse shipping methods, so HubLogix uses Shipping Method Mapping to properly choose the right shipping method to send on a purchase order to a warehouse. Let’s look at an example:

Each Channel Shipping Method has been mapped to a corresponding Warehouse Shipping Method. This gives you, the retailer, the opportunity to list shipping methods how ever you’d like on your website but still communicate to the warehouse effectively.
